Because I don’t like the little guys (at the NWS office) being thrown under the bus for being right and doing their job. It’s just not right. If you were in their shoes-and the “higher ups” had thrown you under the bus over politics-you’d be pissed I’m sure.

They did zero wrong. Trump got bad intel from a four star-tweets bad info on Sunday after Alabama EOC is in stand down mode and a local NWS office simply corrects them-and now some NOAA official corrects them to cover for the president (probably on his orders or someone from his staff) instead of just saying - “hey-we got bad info-sorry.”

That’s not right. Democrat or Republican. Trump or Obama. It’s not right. If you can’t own the little things-how can I trust you to own the big ones. I deal in facts. Apparently-must people-even on the right deal with emotions and just support “their guy.” Their no different than democrats. It doesn’t matter what they do. They’re never wrong. Ever. The second you criticize them you’re public enemy #1. Sorry. “I’m not of the body”.
