Are you an attorney or legal expert? Lists important cases? Important cases are brought in every jurisdiction. The article can say whatever it wants. I happen to know what I’m talking about. Unless you wrote the article I suggest your devotion to the conclusion of a Yahoo news article is misplaced.
Let me be more precise. I KNOW the DC circuit is far more important with regard to civil rights laws and cases. The article is largely nonsense. But then it’s a Yahoo which is worse than msnbc.
