They Convicted the Perp of First Degree (premediated) Murder.
I understood at the time this happened that he was Mentally Ill and panicked when surrounded by the Protestors after he hit another Car in an Accident. Was that information correct or just Internet speculation?
Never heard that he intentionally tried to run down Protestors. If he did intend to do so in such a target rich environment, he must have been a terrible Driver.
After that I heard nothing about this until he was Convicted at Trial.
This whole thing stinks to high heaven. Nobody came out of the woodwork protesting the idea that a Mentally Ill Defendant was robbed of his Rights so what’s the story?

What was his diagnosis?
Does he still have the same mental illness?
