Its kind of interesting that he did this.
He lost his law suit up in Canada.
His law suit against Steyn here in the US is still active but only glacially coming to trial.
I wonder why he did this?
Any advantage? Disadvantage vis-à-vis the US court case?

Don’t know about this guy’s Climate issues, but I did enjoy watching his TV Show Miami Vice and his Movie Heat.
