Kabatra remains jailed in Oklahoma City, and court records don't list an attorney who can speak on his behalf. McDonald's released a statement saying that they were 'disturbed by the incident.' 'At McDonald's, nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our customers,' the statement reads. 'We are deeply disturbed by the incident that occurred at one of our Oklahoma restaurants earlier this week. We are fully cooperating with the police during their investigation.

Who does this guy think he is, an illegal alien from Central America and/or MS 13 gang member? The gaul of this guy. Hope he spends the rest of his life in jail with the “amigos” and “Homies”.
I wish we gibbet this guy. Hang him in a cage above the town green with no food or water.
He gets convicted and this chap will have to spend the rest of his days in solitary. If not, his prison stint will be a short one.
I think he should be immediately released from jail on a personal recognizance bond.
Who lets a 4 yr old go into a bathroom alone without checkingit first...and waiting with open ears? Obviously more facts need to explain how it happened. Poor thing.
