Doesn't look like CAT5 damage. 185mph sustained winds with 220mph gusts would have scoured that place to the bedrock.

Wrong. An F5 tornado has WAY higher wind speeds that CAT5 hurricane. F5 tornado goes from 265-318 mph., CAT5 hurricane is 185 and up.

Yeah, I am still waiting to see 185/225 damage. So far I have not. That said, the storm had a cat 5 appearance on satellite and Josh Morgerman, a storm chaser, measured 813.4 mb in the eye. That means cat 5 wind for the compact wind field that the storm had at that point.
