I hear what you're saying and agree up to a point. IF this were a real debate, it's no contest. However, the problem with this kind of a "debate" is she will be throwing "bombs" like, "why don't you do something to stop these killings?", "you're supporting the killing of US citizens", "you're a NRA stooge", etc.

It's arguing with the insane.

She doesn't have to offer any real proposals....she only has to cast blame at Cruz.

I think Cruz’s responses to such bomb throwing would be fun to watch, and instructive for those who would like to follow in her footsteps.

At the end of the day, though, I think he’s just calling her bluff and she is sweating bullets - unless she really is a complete idiot.

This whole thing reminds me of when Andy Kaufman jumped into the ring with a pro wrestler, except Trump will be quite serious and motivated to prevent this from ever happening again.
