He knows to much about to many rich and powerful people to be charged.
After all is said and done our laws are like cobwebs catching the small and weak and doing them unto death but the rich and the powerful pass through them as if they were not there.

The question then becomes whether this will be a blip or a permanently entrenched corruption. This is not a new idea. I read a book several years ago, written in the 1960s, by a former New York Times reporter who wrote essentially that it was important for the endurance of this nation to dispense equal justice under the law. A two tiered system is corruption, and this nation cannot long endure.
