We need to turn it back. You take a life you give up yours! period, we need a fast track to the chair. No more lethal injections, there needs to be a painful harsh execution. We now have DNA testing use it across the board to make sure we are executing the right person for the crime. This sitting on death row for 20 years, life, and several life terms is the most rediculous. get the deterrent back in play

I read a story awhile back (in Readers Digest) about this drunk guy who was arrested for a murder. The guy was too drunk to remember where he was on the day in question. But his DNA was found on the victim. And so the drunk guy was arrested for the murder.
It turns out that paramedics had examined the drunk. And some of the drunk’s DNA got on the paramedics. Later that same day, those same paramedics responded to the murder. And some of the drunk’s DNA was transferred from the paramedics to the murder victim.
The drunk guy was totally innocent. That was a rare occurrence, to be sure. But it’s something to think about.
