We are at a point where we need to stop arguing with idiots like this. They will NEVER agree that we have a God-given right to self-defense, and the right to keep and bear arms to be able to accomplish that. NEVER. So, it will come to blows. And soon.
They must be confronted on a vast internet forum. If there is no confrontation their stupidity will spread to influence uncounted thousands of others with each statement. It is not a one-on-one skirmish but an ongoing battle for right versus wrong.
