If you’re going to criticize some one do it over a proper interpretation over what he actually said, not what you think he meant to say.
I dont worry if someone is critical of Trump. Trump doesn’t worry if someone is critical of Trump either, and has said so repeatedly.
But criticize over real things not made up things. Neil made it up. He could have said “we report what we feel is relevant without regard to whether it ‘works for’ the administration”. That would be legit and I would agree that they are free to do that.
