Any updates as to the ID of the shooter?
I’ve searched but can’t find any updates.
My 2 cents worth, this was not a routine traffic stop. They knew who this guy was when they stopped him. They knew he was dangerous so the probable cause to stop him was not using a turn signal. Really?? On I -20.
