If he had INTEGRITY he would have resigned and made a public statement.

He’s in it for himself.

This DOJ is so corrupt that it, too, should be declared an “enemy of the people” just as PDJT named the Demedia. And appropriately so since the two have worked hand in hand to defeat him from day one.

After living through 2 years of “boom”; “blockbuster”; “unbelieveable” et al ramblings of info brought up, I knew as soon as that POS and sanctimonius Comy got a pass, nothing further is going to happen. My feeling is you always lead with your best strongest case and move from there. If this was the strongest and best, the rest will be watered down nothing but whispers. So, I stopped listening to all this crap which I had been doing for years and guess what, my BP is down 20 points.

I’LL BET THE HOUSE THAT THIS IS CHRISTOPHER WRAY’S WORK.

The report had to be approved by him before release.

THAT MAN SHOULD BE FIRED AND MORE.

I see right through Horowitz and it’s disgusting. This worm has no integrity, none. He’s worse than Comey because he allows Comey’s to proliferate in government.

Horowitz is not riding solo on this. It should be clear now nobody in the “Trump” DOJ wants to prosecute Obama admin officials to the benefit of Trump. That is a guaranteed beltway career ender.

Obama appointed Horowitz.

Trump appointed Rosenstein, Wray, Sessions and Barr.

This is a bipartisan swamp operation to hamstring POTUS and his agenda. Without a doubt.

Always nice to see a sitting member of Congress like Gohmert act like he is a bystander in the peanut gallery. Here he is tossing red meat to get us all wee wee’d up and out to the polls in 2020. So we can reelect McConnell, Graham, Tillis, etc. That is all.

The IG, Michael Horowitz, can only refer for prosecution. The Attorney General, William Barr, decides whether to prosecute or not. In this case The IG had referred Comey for prosecution and AG Barr declined to prosecute.

> “That is a guaranteed beltway career ender.”

Yes.

I grew up in DC but relocated to the West Coast in my 20s. Occasionally I would go back to visit.

Father was a DOJ attorney working directly under RFK, then Katzenback, and others.

We as a family were Kennedy Democrats although Mother was very fond of Eisenhower. Mostly we expected honor and integrity and admired anyone having those attributes. .

The view among Democrats and Republicans during my DC days was one of country first. Even the Democrat labor unions were populated by WWII vets who would not tolerate anyone that disrespected the flag and the country.

Political differences were mostly focused on government’s role in such things as Social Security and Medicare, Civil Rights, Education. Socialists were fringe outcasts, people celebrated Christmas and respected American Jews celebrating Jewish holidays.

The ethos in both parties was really “What can I do for my country?”.

When I returned in Dec 2000 for President-Elect GW Bush’s holiday celebrations, dinners, dances, and inauguration, I was told by party insiders that the Clinton era had changed the ethos from what’s good for the country to “What’s in it for me?”.

Politics changed from what’s good for America to what’s good for ME-ME-ME?.

The senior federal employees are today’s Deep-State and are not the same caliber and character compared to those of the past.

The Clinton’s changed the DC culture.

Horowitz is a byproduct of the DC ethos created by Clinton, a corrupt culture allowed to continue unabated by GW Bush and which metastasized under Obama.

One side of me can’t blame Horowitz because he likely never had any good examples to emulate during the time he was rising through the ranks.

The other side of me says there is no excuse. A federal career should not be made a priority over truth, honor, integrity, country. Doing the right thing is not negotiable.

Horowitz started his government service in 1991. He doesn’t have his retirement locked yet. He’s almost there but it won’t be locked until after the 2020 election.

The last statement above is all we need to know about why and how Horowitz did what he did. He’s in it for the retirement. He threw enough red meat to the Trump side to deter his firing and he gave the traitors a pass so if Democrats (socialists) win in 2020, they won’t can him.

He’s playing politics for self-preservation rather than do the right thing.

In a nutshell he is the quintessential example of the Deep-State = Senior Federal Employees problem we see today.

Yeap. This was Christopher Wray that had to approve this.

Why is he still in the FBI I don't understand.

DiGenova and Bongino are ... telling you there will be no prosecutions of any of these people....

Rudy is maintaining that signatures on FISA warrants with false info are perjury. That’s about the last card left to play.

Any offical, private discussion with a sitting President would be deemed by definition classified if Soetoro had been the one doing the sitting.

Re: I just looked at your HOME AGE!! OMG!! And you are asking US "WHO ARE YOU?" LOL!!

Well, I went to yours and it says:

Ann Archy
Since Dec 5, 1997
Ann Archy hasn't created an about page.

And that seems to sum you up pretty well and fits right in with your complete powers of observation, null and void in spades.

IG Michael Horowitz sent a criminal referral for Comey to be prosecuted and it was someone else in the DOJ that decided to not follow through.

I see no mention of a "criminal referral" in the Horowitz report.

Where is Horowitz's criminal referral for Comey??

Your link was a cite from The Federalist, which was citing a July 31st story from the Hill using unnamed sources to say that the Horowitz Comey report WOULD recommend criminal referrals.

Well it's now a month later and we all can now see the Horowitz report, and there are no criminal referrals in it.
