“Which military construction funds will NOT be impacted?”
Two categories that I am aware of:
1. Current year work. That gives Congress the opportunity to restore the money in the next budget, without slowing down any projects, or incurring any extra costs to shut down/start back up, or contract penalties.
2. Housing.
Would be surprising if Mil budget not slashed or cut deeply. Current House rulers hate the mil unless its theirs
