Hurricane Dorian wreaks havoc on Abaco, eye moving over island now
Ha! Awesome find! Saved for future use.
I was reading the paper that had the photo of the devestation on Abaco and i found this:
Now whereas the constitution of The Bahamas provides for a person born in The Bahamas to parents who are not Bahamian citizens to apply to be registered as a Bahamian upon attaining the age of 18 years, this entitlement may only be afforded to persons who acted according to the rule of law (i.e., parents who were in the country legally at the time of birth).
An illegal immigrant (illegal is the key word) broke the law, and therefore the child of an illegal immigrant is not entitled to apply to register as a Bahamian because the entitlement was illegally obtained. Even though the child did nothing wrong, the child cannot profit/benefit from the illegal act (illegal migration of the parents). The child is not entitled to apply to be registered as a Bahamian.
Therefore, all Bahamian citizenships granted in these circumstances are unconstitutional, illegal and therefore void and of no effect.
scary photo of what happens in these storms:
Thanks, FRiend!
Fear of casualties are being reported in Abaco Marsh Harbour under water

FYI update. He has been off the air for 20 hours. It appears he took a direct hit at his location.
Yup. People are crazy.
During a storm and its aftermath, you can really surmise the character of people. Some rise to the occasion, and are selfless. They come to the aid of others, they provide help, they provide shelter, they render medical assistance, they put their own lives and property in danger.
Others? Well, their true character seems to shine through. They steal. They loot. They emerge out of one Red Cross line with their hands full, and then get right back in line to take relief items that another family needs.
I guess it's that "Thin Veneer of Civilization" thing.
Thank you for posting this valuable info about Atlanta Motor Speedway open for hurricane evacuees!
I bet it would.
Thanks for putting this together and keeping us informed. Prayers up!

Thats trouble
They seemed to be looking at the dark, but their eyes were watching God.
Magnetic vortices. Vortices as far as the eye can’t see.
It’s gonna be a disaster over there. Marsh Harbour, Abacos the entire area. Already bodies spotted floating in the area with the fear that the tide will take them out to sea and they will never be found.Sad so sad.
#Dorian is also beginning an eyewall replacement cycle this morning, as an outer ring is visible around the primary eyewall on radar (@markniss_ ).
While ERCs are accompanied by a decrease in max winds, the wind field also gets broader, making it more likely to impact Florida. pic.twitter.com/fO7wUt51T3— Levi Cowan (@TropicalTidbits) September 2, 2019
Not necessarily, is it not possible that the Dorian will make a left turn and turn back to the Atlantic, as they speculate and then fade?
