I saw workers chopping meat outdoors on the cement slab behind a local Chinese Buffet. It has been shut down and gone out of business several times. Comes back as "new owners," who also get shut down on their second failed inspection.

My second Thai wife got sick within 30 minutes of eating there. It took 3 hours for me to be sick. We never went back.

The meat chopping incident was a few years and a couple owners later.

I’m not sure what this saves them. Are commercial water rates really that high there?

Maybe dishwasher broken? Easy for dogs to lick the plates, maybe they can’t get to the bottom of the pots.
