BREATHITT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The County Judge Executive for Breathitt County was arrested on Tuesday on 18 felony counts.
These recent charges are separate from the charges that Jeff Noble was indicted for at the beginning of August.
Noble was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly spending $986.08 on diesel for his personal vehicle. Noble had charged the County Road Department and Breathitt County General Fund for the diesel. According to the arrest citation, Noble filled his personal vehicle's tank with diesel on 16 separate occasions.

I’m sure it was just an oversight of the “news” organization.
If he was a Republican or a conservative, that fact would have appeared in the first line of the article.
It would be:
“Republican Breathitt County Judge Executive Jeff Noble (R- Breathitt County) arrested on 18 felony counts.....(Did we mention that he’s Republican?)”
Seems to be a lot of oversights these days. 👎
