I saw the AG out there, I assume, most of the people are Republicans suing them per State of OK. I read some article quite a while ago on J&J and this opioid epidemic. We will see. I remember some of the facts, not too favorable to them.
Bad precedent as this sets up gun and ammo makers as the next targets.

Just notice the number of commercials being aired by law firms wanting to get their hands on the Monsanto Round Up lawsuits............
The Judiciary is destroying the country.
Monsanto did the same thing the asbestos makers did, agree to give a set amount of damages they would be liable for. And you can bet that the payouts are over time which means that Monsanto purchased an annunity so their actual cost is far less than the published amount.

Alcohol gun, and ammo makers have some statutory limited immunity, but we all know that the leftists will use these types of cases to challenge protections in addition to red flag laws.
The same thing for the states who won millions of dollars from the tobacco industry while their state hired attorneys collected millions simply for providing the information that was already garnered from the lawsuits down south.........
just like smoking...no matter what, it is not, never was, nor ever shall be the fault of the smoker....smokers, btw, ALWAYS get their breaks...
