Scott Presler is a hero. This young man organized a cleanup party for Baltimore with volunteers from all over the country. Together they cleaned about 90 tons of garbage out on a weekend in Baltimore.

And what did the Baltimore press say about it?

They attacked him as a far right activist trying to score points for Trump.

"The effort was organized by pro-Trump activist Scott Presler. He claimed the event was not political. Yes, he was inspired to come by tweets from President Donald Trump describing the area, represented by U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, as a 'rodent infested mess,'" the editors wrote. "But the visit wasn’t about showing support or animosity for either man, he said."

"Call us skeptical," the paper remarked before going off on a litany of excuses, complaints, and verbal attacks as to why it was so wrong for out of towners to clean up the city.

"Look, we appreciate anyone who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help Baltimore. More than 170 people came from all over the country and cleaned up nearly 12 tons of trash, according to Mr. Presler’s Twitter feed." the paper claimed.

"But if this was all about 'Americans helping Americans,' why all the videos of Baltimore residents thanking Mr. Trump for bringing attention to the issue? We happen to know that not everybody in West Baltimore feels that way. And in the same posts as the videos, why the frequent reminders that this is in act Mr. Cummings’ district?," the editors pondered.

They then attacked Presler for posting a photo of a newspaper from President Barack Obama's inauguration in 2008 that the organizers and volunteers stumbled upon while hauling debris from the streets.

Thank you for the post. I am not an emotional person, but sometimes I almost weep at the hatred and slander directed at Trump, a flawed person, but nothing at all like the vicious Nazi, racist, and demon the left portrays him as. And, by inference, the left paints all of us the same way - as utterly horrible people.

Thanks to my inheritance when my mother died, I was able last year to give thousands to various charities, while my liberal sister used her money to take expensive vacations all over the world.

I should say that I don't have a clue as to what her's charitable contributions might be, I know she supervises Bingo at a retirement home, but I'll compare my efforts for the poor against her without fear of being shamed.

He may have been pimpin' Trump to some extent with his clean-up, but I'm still glad he did it. I tithe 10% of my income (including company contributions to my benefits) to the Salvation Army, where it goes to their Baltimore center and is then distributed around. I don't have a problem with charitable actions like these.

As far as Baltimurder's government, Maryland, and the Feds go, however, they should just Let. Africa. Sink. (That goes for all races of Baltimoreans, not just the "African" folks.)
