That's not what you said. You said to "...take everyone off the streets, put them in military housing and hospitals, etc." And then do what with them?

The vast majority are either drug addicts or mentally ill (or both). Once they have “three hots and a cot”, take away the illegal drugs, get ‘em their “meds”, and put ‘em on a path back to humanity.
