Precedent shmecedent. It’s one citizen’s opinion. It is definitely not codified law. I am sure, if push comes to shove, that President Trump is fabulously suited to making sure all of America becomes aware of that fact.
When Dems get into power (God forbid) they'll do things like 51% needed for nomination approval and all the SCOTUS nominees up for a vote even in an election year and make it twenty justices on the court so long as 11 are always hard leftists. No filibusters. No minority (GOP) has to be allowed to speak. Unashamedly biased and loving it.
