My brother was depressed. A Psychiatrist diagnosed him and said he wasn’t. He died soon later. Didn’t want to treat him.

I have heard people say they think their shrink was attracted to the profession by their own screwed up problems. Shows my circle of acquaintances.
That is a malpractice case.
