Ginsburg is a three-time cancer survivor, beating colon cancer in 1999, pancreatic cancer in 2009 and, most recently, lung cancer in 2018.

Well, it's a pretty sure bet she's not going to retire.

Does anyone here know if there is any sort of procedure or rule that kicks in if a justice is completely incapacitated?

I foresee her in a coma and whomever has power of attorney refusing to take her off of life support just to hold her seat.
