Come on, now. In theory, you could receive a foot massage at, say, a spa from a 16 year old girl who works there and it would be a fairly legitimate thing, but if you're on some billionaire's plane and out pops a 16-year-old and the billionaire winks at you and says, "Hey how about she gives you a nice foot massage?" That's when you start checking people for freaking wires and cameras. Or perhaps deplane asap.
