Yeah, I’m pretty sure you can’t undefine a word by legislative fiat. Webster ‘trumps’ the San Fransicko BoS.

“justice-involved people.”

Seems to me that would include LEO’s, prosecutors, judges, anyone in the California Department of Justice.

I remember on street cars they had a sign $ 25.00 Fine if you spit on it. No mention if you decided to take a dump.

It’s crazy isn’t it? San Francisco is spending time and money deciding to use politically correct language. And recently th y decided to ban plastic water bottles at the airport. While they spend time and effort on such matters, tons of feces pile up in the streets.

Where are their priorities?

They can ban the phrase all they want. No one gives a shi...er...Obama about any CA official documents anymore anyway.

The rest of us can use a truthful phrase: “convicted felon”.

Interestingly enough, I’d trust more convicted felons than I would trust the not yet convicted felon couple of the multiverse: Bubba and the Beast.

The thing the Left never seems to get about using new terms for things on the grounds that the old term has acquired a stigma, is that the stigma is associated with the thing the term describes, and the term only has the stigma by association. It’s only a (short) matter of time before the new term is just as stigmatized as the old one.

You cannot talk about convicted felons as “convicted felons” in San Francisco. They are “justice-involved people.”...America's punishment for sending so many people who shouldn't be there and are in way over their heads to college - people educated way beyond their abilities to learn carrying around a mass of ill-digested theories and factoids - after spending so many years reading books and writing papers, they think the words they've encountered actually determine the reality in which they live - so calling someone "justice involved" wipes away the reality that they're "convicted felons", so calling someone "racist" and "anti-Semitic" wipes away the fact that they're not.......
