All I know is, I’m so thankful I retired as soon as I could and got my younger son out of Philly. All his close friends are now dead from ODs. I’m glad I didn’t stay and he succumbed to same because the drug dealer surely would have to look over his shoulder. I’d have been there to take care of things.

Ain’t just the big cities. I was born in Philly but my brushes with those underworld doings happened in rural PA - and the friends I lost to that garbage were nowhere near any city. Stuff is a true scourge on our population.
