The psych associations need to just admit that they are so screwed up themselves that they can’t distinguish mental illness verses personal choice in anyone else.
Every psychologist/psychiatrist I’ve ever known got into the field because they were trying to figure out their own problems.
Students go into psycology because they are seeking psychological help and want to heal themselves without the stigma. But most of them fail to heal themselves so they just claim to be normal.

We need a study to determine how many decide to major in psych fields in collage in a desperate desire to find out what’s wrong with themselves.
