Isnt the point that DACA was an illegal executive order in the first place?

How could a court block a president exec order meant to stop an illegal but unchallenged exec order of DACA in the first place?

Thanks to RINO congress for having not protested this either. Hiding like cowards as usual

DACA wasn’t a EO, just policy. Obama admin stared it with a memo. Trump ended it the same.
