What was unlawful was the Kenyanesian Usurper’s action.

DACA had no basis in law.

The Kenyan from Indonesia repeatedly said he couldn’t implement law on his own, then he just did it.

The GOP refused to sue to stop him.

Because they wanted amnesty, too.

Any way they could get it.

If the USSC upholds DACA, then any unilateral policy, implemented by any president - including Trump - will be held legal.

Do the Democrats really want to give Trump that kind of unlimited power?
