I can see a surgeon, but this is Kalifornia, so not until next week. ALL are busy, busy, busy. Advice to me: Rest, rest, rest..flat on my back. (Righto..with 2 active dogs and my granddaughter back in school.... classes started today...lol...perfect timing). Thank goodness for this new apartment. I have them on a 20 foot leash in front of my balcony where I can see them and they can be in the sun or shade on the grass in front of me and still bark at the passersby. Perfect.

Oh yes. My back pain has gotten so severe, most days it kills me to get out of bed. I switch from ice packs to heat.

I bought a cheap battery operated, Chinese 3-prong massage thing that hurts like hell, but after a minute, manages to numb the whole area. I can then walk around for 10 minutes or so. That’s how I get from room to room and to my car. UGH.

The dogs watch me use it and get all excited because they know I’m going to take them outside ...LOL. They’re right.
