Hell yeah they are unconstitutional.
And on top of that, the state violated his civil rights with their unconstitutional law, so he should sue the state for a lot of money.
And so should anyone else affected by this crap.
The powers that be have made it very expensive to sue them. We are talking tens of thousands, into the hundreds of thousands, to do so. And then try to find a lawyer who is both competent in this area that wants to take the case and not bankrupt you.
