If you crash a nuclear plane how do you clean up the mess. Just saying. There are regimes out there which would not care about side effects, as long as they get a military advantage.

We’ve already tried the nuclear airplane stuff. The nuclear engines are sitting in Idaho at the old EBR 1 site. Someone finally realized the point you just mentioned. If it’s a rocket as in ICBM and your nuking another country, who cares about crash cleanup.
