The idea of buying Alaska was called worse than absurd. Actually it is a great idea. Keeping Greenland costs Denmark more than $500 million annually. Let the Danes think about what they would do with a huge windfall of the money saved and the money paid for all that ice.
About 3/10ths of 1 percent of the Danish government budget. By that standard the U.S. should be looking to sell off most of our states.
