After the customer made and appropriate donation the information was put in an insecure location so that it could accessed in what appeared to be an unauthorized hack but really the door is just left open for the thief (the customer in this case) to receive their end of the bargain. This allows hillary to avoid being convicted of espionage.

Agree totally. Hillary operated on a subscription model. Pay, and she would leak, or manipulate CFIUS approval, or influence government decisions, for a while. Unsecured access to secret communication was one of her services.
