Isn’t most of the land sinking, or due to be covered in water soon? That’s what I keep hearing. Some say due to climate change. Whatever the reason, if this is true, that needs to be considered.

“Isn’t most of the land sinking, or due to be covered in water soon? “

We need to be carefulof of what we say.
Don’t know nothing about no TRUMP real estate deals...

But down at the flea market, yes talk the item down a bit, but be careful not to insult the seller, flatter him.

When he says AGW will increase the value, gently inquire about future flooding...

Yes, it is a fine line, but the pros bring home the deals!

Highest Greenland summit is 12,000 feet......don't bet on submersion.

Also land mass doesn't “sink”.

Along with Puerto Rico, throw in Miami.

Maybe you are referring to it tipping over. A distinct possibility, with all the population concentrated on shoreline communities.

Well this is kinda like an island and with more population it could cause it to tip over.

Balancing MUST be considered.

As the ice goes, the land rises rather than sinks - isostatic rebound. Sometimes that happens faster than the sea level rises, sometimes it doesn't. So sometimes you end up with more land, sometimes you don't.
