They have a whole province that spends up to a year making their favorite food out of soybeans. I was watching a cooking show on the extensive process. They are cutting off their nose to spite their face, lol. They’ve been getting high quality soybeans from us.

Soybeans are usually the most important source of protein for farm animals.
Very little is consumed by humans.
