Press found a couple dozen nose bleed seats empty and took photos of it. My guess is that instead of going to the high nose bleed seats, some people stayed on the floor. They got an accurate entry report, but not everyone was in their seats.
After being in line for hours I’m sure some lines to the restrooms were very long.
