Reloading and get an 03FFL and COE. Although the 03FFL/COE does not except one from the background check requirement for purchases from in-state ammo dealers, it does let you still buy from out of state (and internet) dealers and either physically bring ammo back or have it shipped to you without a background check. The COE also exempts you from the $19 fee if you haven’t purchased a gun recently and aren’t in the system. The CA DOJ also just passed emergency regulations requiring a Real ID to buy a gun or ammo in California. Although the law didn’t require this, the Dems didn’t think to make the drivers licenses they are giving to illegals look different so now they need the Real ID to tell us apart. So now people are scrambling to get the Real ID.
