The X-rays before they "disappeared," showed small metal fragments splayed though his brain which were consistent with what a pre-fragmented round would do.
Ron Brown had a hole the size of a 45 cal on top of his head. There was no cloud of shrapnel that would indicate a bullet. It was surmised that a bolt gun was used.
