It’s not gonna be pretty when the tail end of boomers retires in 5 years or so. They’re still doing a lot of the heavy lifting in business, technical, medical, engineering, automotive, civil and much more.

Lucky for us, they’re a fraction of a fraction of a percent of even their own generation.
More of the same-age people go thru basic training/boot camp annually.
