Unless his cellmate killed him, left him on the floor and the guards were instructed not to look at Epstein. Then you cover up the time of death in the autopsy.
By the way, notice there is no name of the cellmate on the night of Epstein’s death. There is Nicholas Tartaglione, the ex-cop. But not this cellmate. Why?
