At church I heard that the untold story here is that Hong Kong has a very large Christian presence and they evangelize atheist China.

If I was leading the protesters I would tell them to have everyone pick up and leave Hong Kong. The Chinese can arrive to empty buildings and empty streets with all business relocated to other countries.

My wife’s family is from Hong Kong.. They migrated to the US back in the 60s and built some very successful business in my home town. Not dependent on welfare, earn their way.

Her family is very concern about Hong Kong.

They can fly the American flag in communist China but over here, in some parts of the country its divisive and hateful. Maybe the HK protestors should try the Betsy Ross flag

I bet there were no kneelers there either.

Colin Krapalot is mad at those protesters, he thought they should kneel, but they are for FREEDOM...not COMMUNISM!

Britain should never have given Hong Kong to China. Just Like Jimmah shouldn’t have released the Panama Canal Zone back

Offer refugee status to their businessmen, their Masters and PHDs and any other elite who can make Hong Kong happen here. Immediately. In one fell swoop we could drain China of major economic brain power and make Hong Kong just another piece of real estate with diminishing value.

That may have signed their death warrant.

Of course the Deep State desperately wants a war. They tried Syria and Iran, so I wouldn’t be surprised they are in this.

“Hong Kong Protesters Sing The American National Anthem”

I’m not impressed.

As if this would convince me to send our precious sons and daughters into war to free them. Rather, I say we offer their best a free ticket here. Let’s bring in the best and brightest over here before the Chinese can react to it. Hurt the Chinese brain power-wise, avoid a conflict and maybe we can save a few.

Waving our flag and singing our anthem?

Impossible.

America is the most awful, racist, white supremacist country that's ever existed.

Oh...and Trump is a Hitler / white supremacist / Nazi.

www.allanfavish.com/index.php/communist-china/118-tian-an-men-square-massacre

[This letter to the editor was first published in the Los Angeles Times on June 10, 1989, part II, at page 9. The letter was in response to the Tian An Men massacre by Communist Chinese troops.]

Dear Editor:

Seeing the televised excerpts of demonstrations at the various communist Chinese embassies and consulates throughout the United States, I noticed that the demonstrators appear to be almost exclusively people of Chinese descent. This disturbs me. Although the fight for freedom in communist China is primarily the responsibility of the Chinese people, it is a fight that should be actively supported by all people who cherish freedom.

Personally, I believe that if freedom-loving Chinese citizens are willing to take a bullet in the back at Tian An Men Square, the least I can do is demonstrate in support of their cause in front of the Chinese consulate on a safe street in Los Angeles.

On June 4th I was one of the relatively few Caucasians at the demonstration in front of the Chinese consulate in Los Angeles. A makeshift memorial was assembled consisting of candles, flowers and a makeshift coffin. As I stood near the coffin, a young man of Chinese descent, wearing a black shirt, approached the memorial. On the back of his shirt was the color photograph that appeared on the front page of the Los Angeles Times showing the Goddess of Democracy statue in Tian An Men Square with the large picture of Mao in the background. After leaving a flower near the candles, the young man placed a small American flag on the coffin and quietly walked away.

My eyes were filled with tears.
