Calling a Cuomo “Fredo” - meaning the stupid & weak son - is no more anti-Italian than calling his father “Il Sfachime”
The late great Bob Grant! Mario Cuomo used to put on that hypersensitive thin skin schtick as well. He'd pretend to get lit up at anything he could perceive to be an anti Italian slur. Of course when that recording of Slick Willie and Gennifer Flowers came out when they insinuated Cuomo was mobbed up he was very conspicuous by his silence. Like Sfachime like figlio il Sfachime
