The only way to hurt Google at all is to run a browser where you can selectively block Java, and reconfigure your HOSTS file to redirect Google and its dozens of subsidiaries away from their servers. (There are instructions on how to do this in several places on the internet... Duckduckgo can help you find them.)

And try to convince owners / webmasters of sites you use to abandon the 'free web tools' (like visitor statistics) on their sites that Google has them addicted to.

Even then, unless millions of other people do it too, it won't hurt Google noticeably. But at least your personal security will be somewhat enhanced.
