Every frequent reader of FR has seen "SMH" many times. There's no sense in singling out one person with nagging at this late date.

That said, I don't care for so many frivolous acronyms being slung around the Net. But if we're going to deal with it, it should be done in regards to every instance of acronym frivolity and excess.
