Trump should talk about court packing by himself
Trump wins another 4 years....Ginsburg may be forced to retire.
Senate and House need to approve.
He should simply say that he could support 11 or 13 justices for SCOTUS - after all, he would love to appoint the additional justices.
That would throw some serious cold water on this move.
