Brown wasn’t murdered. He died because he engaged in a crime. More specifically because he attacked and arguably intended to kill a policeman (with his own gun).
IIRC the subsequent shooting happened while he was fleeing. The cop was under no obligation to run down and tackle a man who had already shown himself to be violent and dangerous.
Thijs case is so infuriating. Wilson wsas about to be beaten tso death and his gun wrestled out of his hand within the patrol car by a huge giant towering over the much smaller officer Wilson. Brown’s dna was found inside the ar, meaning he was leaning in to kill Wilson, not hands up outside. NOT murder!

Nope, he was not shot at the back. He was CHARGING Police officer Wilson, who told him to stop. He was shot IN FRONT.
