Congress has no power over SCOTUS other than impeachment. They cannot “restructure” the Supreme Court.

Au contraire.
The number of justices on SCOTUS is NOT Defined in the Constitution. Congress can set it at any number they want (and it has varied in the past). If they regain power Drive for 15 will gain a whole new meaning.

Congress has no power over the Supreme Court, but they do have control over the creation and jurisdictions of ALL inferior Federal courts. Right there in the Constitution. Which Demonrats no longer read, except to have something to beat us over the head with, or some way to wiggle out of its strictures.

It is Congress which sets the number of justices. What I want to know is, why is Roberts still Chief Justice? Their terms are appointed by the President, and are to expire when he leaves office.
