Dmitriy was carrying his rifle because of all the idiots that are potential threats these days. Nothing wrong with wanting to protect himself and possibly other innocent folks. Good for you Dmitriy. I carry a hand gun in Walmart but considering the bad actors may be armed with an AR/AK maybe we should reconsider the choice of defensive weapons.
