I would like organizations to help someone like this however. And get something to the SCOTUS that will assist the states in what the 2nd amendment really means.

They did not identify themselves as a gun-free store. If they had then the CCW person who drew down on Andreychenco would have been just as guilty of breaking the law.

You're not talking about "Hello, how are you." You're talking about the police stopping someone who was not violating the law and interrogating them as to their intent, which is what you wanted. This is not supposed to be a police state. Not yet anyway.
